Ordering and pricing
What is your minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is one set. Every playground, ninja course or trampoline park is designed to the buyer's own site.
What are your payment and trade terms?
Typically a 30% deposit with the balance before loading. We quote EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
How is the price calculated?
Price depends on size and levels, the attractions included, theming depth, materials, the safety standard and shipping terms. We quote from an itemised component list so you can compare like for like.
Can I order just one product or a single set?
Yes. The minimum order is one set.
Design and customisation
Do you design the playground for free?
Yes. Send your floor plan and ceiling height and we return a 2D layout, 3D render and quotation at no cost.
Can you add our logo, mascot or brand colours?
Yes. OEM and ODM are supported: colours, themes, characters and logos can all be customised.
Can you design a playground for a small space?
Yes. We design from about 50 m² café corners up to destination venues over 1,000 m², and from single-level toddler areas to three-level structures.
Do you supply trampoline parks and ninja courses together?
Yes. Many projects combine a trampoline park, ninja course and soft play structure in one layout, made and shipped together.
Standards and quality
Which safety standards do you build to?
We build to EN 1176 / EN 1177 or ASTM requirements according to the destination market. TÜV and ASTM test documentation, CE and ISO 9001 certificates are available for core product lines.
What warranty do you offer?
Core structures carry a 12-month warranty; selected product lines carry 2–3 years. Spare parts kits can be shipped with your order.
Can I see production before shipping?
Yes. We share production and loading photos, and you can arrange a video call or a factory visit during production.
Production, shipping and installation
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 7–30 days depending on project size, plus sea freight from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Do you install overseas?
Every order includes CAD installation drawings. For larger projects we can send an experienced installation team.
Which ports do you ship from?
Most orders ship from Ningbo or Shanghai, China.
How is the equipment packed?
Soft parts are packed with cotton inside and plastic film outside; steel and slides are protected for sea freight. Packing lists are mapped to the installation drawings.
